Any Purchases Total under CAD$75 would need to cover the shipping & delivery fee by yourselves.

Purchases Total between CAD $125 and CAD$200, the delivery fee will be $20 OFF.
合計金額が$75以上$125未満で送料から$10 OFF
Purchases Total between CAD$75 and CAD$125, the delivery fee will be $10 OFF.

一つ一つ丁寧に作成しておりますが、万が一品質に問題があった場合は下記の対応をさせていただきます。

Domestic Inquiries of Warranty - Canada
商品がお客様の元に到着した日から60日以内で部品外れ破損*があった場合はお問い合わせください。
If the purchased item(s) have any specific damages* within the 60 days after the purchased & received date, please contact our email ASAP
*部品外れ破損：ビーズや金属金具同士部分が外れるなどの破損。(Specific Damages definitions: if there’s any lost beads or earrings’ metal parts)
International Inquiries of Warranty - Taiwan
商品がお客様の元に到着した日から7日以内で部品外れ破損*があった場合は全額返金いたします。商品到着から７日以内にemailで商品の写真を添付の上ご連絡ください。
それ以降は60日以内で*部品外れ破損があった場合、半額返金いたします。
If the purchased item(s) have any specific damages* during delivery WITHIN 7 days after RECEIVED date, please contact our email with the proof of photo WITHIN the next 7 days, it will be REFUNDED with FULL amount) (WITHIN the 60 days after RECEIVED date, for any damages found in the purchased item(s), will be PARTIALLY REFUNDED (50%).
*部品外れ破損：ビーズや金属金具同士部分が外れるなどの破損。(Specific Damages definitions: if there’s any lost beads or earrings’ metal parts)
ご注意：折り紙部分の破損は保障対象外となります。折り紙は大変繊細なつくりになっておりますので、破ったりしてしまわないようお取り扱いには十分お気をつけてお楽しみください。
The damages for the origami paper would not be accommodated because it is rather delicate and fragile parts. So please do handle them with extra care when possessing them. Thank you very much for your understanding.
郵送中の破損は基本的には補償いたしかねますが、可能であればできる限りの対応をさせていただきます。
Generally we are not able to make any returns and exchanges for the damages caused DURING delivery process, but we would like to accommodate to customers’ needs as much as possible.
